Noreen Collins is a native of Ireland and went to law school and earned her law degree at the University of Cork before immigrating to Canada in 1981. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1984 and worked for a large personal injury law firm for 9 years. In 1995, Noreen started her own practice with law partner, Leo Cullen.
She is actively involved in the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and was president in 1999-2000. She is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and frequently attends their seminars.
Ms. Collins has 20 years of legal experience fighting for the rights of accident victims. She has extensive experience in mediating cases and has appeared at all levels of court from the BC Supreme Court and BC Court of Appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada. She has been a frequent speaker at various T.L.A.B.C. and C.L.E. seminars.
